BLEU 2017

Kékfrankos, a.k.a. Blaufrankisch is our main focus. Fermentation is done at a temperature of 22-28 degree Celsius, partially in open fermenters with manual plunging. The wine spends one year in 225 litres second and third fill Hungarian oak barrels.
